Discount Policies

Resellers

Sign-up
To become a reseller, the customer must first create a username and password on PixelClean.com. Next, the customer must provide PixelClean.com with either a tax ID or reseller’s certificate.

Resellers are required to fax their documentation to us at +1 (713) 715-1105 at the attention to Reseller Department. Once we receive the documentation we will change the account status to reseller and alert the customer via email when this process is complete.

First Purchase and Order Size Requirements
The first purchase from a reseller must be $75 or more.

Resellers will only receive the Reseller Discount Rate when buying packages of six (6) of the same item. Purchases less than 6 items will be sold at the regular retail price.

Reseller Shipping Discounts
Resellers get free FedEx ground shipping on orders of $100 or more.

Military and Government Policies

PixelClean offers discounts for government agencies. Items purchased from PixelClean for government agencies are not for resale. Customers that wish to purchase for a government agency must supply PixelClean with a valid .gov email address.

Hospital and School Policies

PixelClean offers discounts for hospitals and schools. Items purchases from PixelClean for hospitals or schools are not for resale. Customers that wish to purchase for a hospital or school must provide proper credentials.

Shipping

PixelClean offers free shipping via Unites States Postal Service for all PixelClean orders in the United States. Delivery times vary depending on destination.

If the buyer wishes to expedite delivery, PixelClean will ship FedEx 2-day upon request for an additional fee, this option is only available for U.S customers. The following charges shall apply should the buyer wish to expedite shipping:

Return Policy

If a customer receives product that is damaged or receives the incorrect product, PixelClean will cover return shipping of the product. Customers can contact us via email or phone to start the return process.

If a customer wishes to return product for any other reason, the customer is responsible for shipping back to PixelClean. PixelClean only offers exchanges on product damaged during shipping. Refunds may be given upon the Company’s discretion.

Method Of Payment

PixelClean purchases bought with credit cards will appear on the credit card’s monthly statement as www.ScreenTekLtd.com. PixelClean accepts the following credit cards: American Express, Discover, Master Card and Visa.

Completeness of Agreement

This agreement represents the entire agreement between the Company and the Buyer for all transactions. No party is authorized to make changes without the express written consent of duly authorized officers of the Company. This agreement replaces all prior agreements, written or verbal between the Company and Buyer.

Jurisdiction

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
